We can't wait to go back, it's a great place to stay. Staff was friendly entire time. The twin room suited us: it had a heating system, a flat-screen TV and an electronic key card. Service was good, we felt welcome. We ordered lunch at Tatsumizushi, located a few steps away from the venue...
